I have bought several Johnston & Murphy shoes and boots and love how comfortable they are right out of the box. I typically wear a wide size but have been able to use a regular width until now. These looked great and comfy like I’m used to, but unfortunately were too snug to wear every day and they don’t sell a wide size. So had to return them and buy a wide sized Johnston & Murphy shoe.

I purchased a pair of the Johnston & Murphy Tabor Dress Cap Toe Oxford in early December of 2019. I am very happy with the fit and finish of the shoe. It is now early January 2020, with less than a month’s use, the sole on the left shoe is starting to pull away from the upper. It appears that the glue used to mate the two components of the shoe has failed.
