These were pretty bad, I like Johnston & Murphy shoes for their comfort and quality but these are just very oddly made, the heel is really wide and bulbous, the toe box has too much height, so my feet are literally swimming in them no matter what even after sizing down with an exchange, just all around a bad experience with this one, I expected a little more from the “Collection” series, this left a bad taste. The first pair I received had a horrible finish. Now Zappos is requiring that I call them to return this exchange, simply because I want to return the exchange…pretty exhausting. If you have an issue with these RETURN them, don’t exchange them.
